Children's Ministry at Fenton UMC

Our children's Ministry exists to assist parents in imparting the truth of Gods word to the next generation.  We believe learning the Bible should be both memorable and fun, and long to see our young people fall in love with the God of the Bible.  All our programs are age appropriate involving music, memorization and hands on learning.

The Way Sunday -

252 Kids St. & Kids Blvd.

Kindergarten - 5th grade

9:30am & 11/11:05 service

Lower Level of the Family Life Center

THE WAY Sunday for kids K-5th grade will be called 252 Kids Street and will consist of topical monthly lessons that will help children grow in:

  1. Wisdom
  2. Faith
  3. Friendship

Here the kids will participate in large group worship, games, and story time. Then they will break out into small groups (according to age) to dive deeper into the bible story, pray together and grow in their understand and love of God.  Our goal is to provoke discovery in the heart of each elementary child.

Contact Mallory Lyman with any questions or if you would like to get involved.

A Special Kick Off Event for EVERYONE will be on September 7th!  Join us for a light dinner at 6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall and then we will begin breakout groups at 6:30pm.

Kindergarten - 5th grade

6:30 - 8pm

Room #116 in the Lower Level of the North Building

THE WAY Wednesday kids program will be called Kids' Travel Guide as we adventure through key scriptures and concepts of the Bible like the Lord's prayer, the fruit of the spirit, and the armor of God.  We will mimic the large group and small group (according to gender) format from Sunday's but will also include hands on, interactive stations to encourage the kids to engage in alone time with Jesus and teach them different spiritual disciplines.
