We believe that the most important thing we do in any week is to worship God. Everything else we do during the week is a reflection and expression of our worship. Worship is our grateful response to the great love the God has shown to us.
In our casual-style worship service we pass along the treasures of the Christian faith and worship like The Apostle's Creed and The Lord's Prayer in a more informal atmosphere of worship and celebration. On the first Sunday of each month we celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion during our worship service. Our Praise Band leads us in more contemporary Christian music, and our pastors preach a message that helps us apply the truth of Scripture in order that we might become more faithful followers of Jesus Christ.
It is during this service that we also have Children's Church. Children ages five to twelve join us in the worship service for a time of worship, and then they go to the ground floor of our Family Life Center with our Director of Children's Ministry, Mallory Lyman, for a time of learning and activity. On the first Sunday of each month, the children join us for Communion.
Nursery for young children is also provided during this service on the ground floor of the Family Life Center. Our nursery is staffed by caring volunteers under the direction of our Nursery Care Coordinator, Lauren Heleine.
