TRADITIONAL-STYLE WORSHIP

9:30 AM

THE SANCTUARY IN THE NORTH BUILDING

We believe that the most important thing we do in any week is to worship God.  Everything we do during the week is shaped, informed and animated by our Sunday morning worship.  Worship is our response to the great love and grace of God expressed to us in and through Jesus Christ.

Our traditional-style worship service includes a written and responsive invitation to worship, a recitation of the Apostle's Creed, hymns, The Lord's Prayer and music by our choir, hand bell choir or brass ensemble.  We have an amazing pipe organ that accompanies our music.  While the service is a bit more formal, the atmosphere is both reverent and joyful.  Our pastor preaches a message that helps us apply the truths of Scripture in order that we might become more faithful followers of Jesus Christ.

Nursery is provided at this worship service in our nursery staffed by volunteers under the direction of our Nursery Care Coordinator, Karen Eversole.  Our greeters or ushers will be happy to show you the nursery.
